Caitlyn Marcell comes from a background of work smart, then work a little harder. She has been in the finance industry since 2009 and continued to grow her positions with creative thinking and leadership training. Caitlyn is a firm believer in empowering others with the knowledge and spark to take what is known and develop a system that makes their business more efficient.
Due to Caitlyn’s high level of communication training and business process development, she became the National Sales Support Trainer at the mortgage company she’s been at since 2012, training Loan Partners and Upfront Sales Support staff to effectively take their position to the next level; her transition into business coaching is seamless.
Now, being a mortgage loan originator herself, Caitlyn utilizes the tools she learned in support staff and training positions to grow her own team and teams across the country. Her goal is to fully develop processes, communication skills, and strategic systems for flawless client experiences and raving fans.
